As they get closer, you should circle back and ambush them before they have a chance to turn around and grab you. Stay away from touching your line members and go fast through the turns. If you keep moving in the same direction, you will notice your percentage increase rapidly. You'll need to win races to get gold coins, which you can then use to modify your gaming lobby and make it more unique.
